Bolflex is a leading company specialized in designing and producing footwear components - Outsoles.
Over these almost 35 years of activity, the company has been pushing limits, defining trends and styles, creating new products and material ranges, always raising standards of quality by improving processes, investing in machinery, new raw materials and products but
also creating long lasting relationships with our business partners.
Working mostly in Europe and U.S., Bolflex is alredy a long-term reliable partner for some of the most well-known footwear brands and producers. Having “One Stop Shop” as it‘s brand signature and „Innovative Solutions“ as its leitmotiv, the company controls all the processes, verticaly, regarding the production of outsoles and insoles. The company has an in-house rubber producing plant, in-house mould building facilities, 3d machinery, owns rubber injection and compression machines, EVA B-Light and EVA Evo-light machinery, but also in the process of introducing its new bicolor EVA products to its customers, invested in a new PU injection line, and finnaly a TR and expanded X-Light machinery line also available. We have an instaled capacity for producing over 25.000 pairs a day, working 24 hours per day, 6 days per week.
We are a certified company, complying with the latest REACH, CAS, Green Label, but also other EU and FDA directives. We are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RCS, FSC certified. We are also a Vegan-PETA member and recently aplied to have LCA (life cycle assessmente – carbon footprint) either for both units (Bolflex and Rubberlink) but also for our own generated recycled compounds and products. Thus that, Bolflex is also a leading supplier and trendsetter for green ecological products and solutions, highlighting our newest E-Rubber/Ecorubber, but also our 360S (old grinded shoes compound) beeing both already a big share of our annual rubber compounds production. We have in range other recycled products like RB-Light, Green Shoes, FSC and our own R-Skin recycled rubber" leather" plates, including mixes with natural raw materials like cork, rice grains, sea shelves, etc., but also with domestic and industrial waste. We own our very exclusive recycling facility (Rubberlink) which we use among other, for these recycling purposes.
We have developed a totally new process, with the help of our partners among them laboratories and universities, through a thermo-mechanical construction and machinery, where we apply some Devulcanization to the grinded matter. This Devulcanization process is also EU patented. We apply Devulcanization to add value to old scrap, old outsoles, but also our own and our competitors Rubber and EVA production scrap and waste. We can also devulcanize grinded entire shoes, pre and post-consumer, without separating any component, without metallic parts like the eyelets for example. Then we pour a percentage up to 20% of these recycled shoes on the new outsoles rubber formulation, or EVA or TR. We can also sell this devulcanized product as a compound so that our suppliers and competitors can make their own formulations (compound is valid either for grinder rubber or shoes) and performance requirements. We also transform waste from other industries, such as automotive (for example used tires) and decoration (insulation panel material, among others). We are 99% efficient! Green is the new Gold!
