From runway to real life. In recent weeks, several major national designers developed in partnership with footwear companies, sophisticated models of shoes . The idea is to combine the creators talents with the know-how accumulated over generations from the indutry.

Also surprising is the association between Alexander Protic and Dkode. The Serbian designer, who lives in Portugal for over 12 years, is one of the stars of Modalisboa. Also the new brand Xperimental shoes joined to Say Myname brand in Moda Lisboa. The experience, according Cé Silva Went very well. We just started to commercialize Xperimental about two months and we were contacted by Catarina Sequeira (from Say Myname) and others creators to collaborate with its collection presented in Lisbon. However, we chose to Say Myname, because we identify with the perspective addressed by the brand. The working together could not have gone better. We selected four models, where Catarina through the palette of colors that we offered (as we do with the general public) chose according to the collection that would present . Thus, it was possible to combine a good textile product with a good Portuguese footwear through a coordinated language . Say Myname works for the Eastern market, and this in one of the markets that Xperimental want to achieve, so we think we will have some very interesting projection. Also in the Portuguese market the enthusiasm and support was great. The Portuguese people are increasingly linked to the Portuguese footwear and get really excited about the new projects .
