In Techlasts we are strongly specialized in high precision lasts for the footwear industry. We are experts in both development and production of technical lasts for automation processes and direct injection systems.
In order to quickly respond to all of our customers and satisfy the most demanding markets, we continuously invest in training and technology. Know-how, fast response and advanced technology are our greatest skills.
With more than 30 years of experience in direct injection in the footwear industry, we provide our customers with a fast response both on R&D processes and production. Moreover, we ensure the position of the lasts since our quality standards are controlled by CMM machines (Coordinate Measure Machines) with which we can guarantee maximum tolerances of 0,1mm. Our vast technical knowledge, both in traditional manually designed lasts and CAD modelling, allows us to create an extremely detailed last, made of 100% HDPE - High Density Polyethylene, by CNC milling. We have a 3D Development Team which optimizes every single aspect of the lasts to match each customer’s exact needs and requirements.
