VAPESOL is a leader company in Portugal specialized in the production of soles. It was founded in March 1998 and it was always a priority during its development to have the best technology. Nowadays it produces over 20.000 pairs of soles a day, type: TPR, TPU, RUBBER, LIGHT RUBBER, EVA, PREFABRICATED SOLES and others distinguished by environmental concern. The variety of products that make up the different collections and the development of custom projects are the result of the different Vapesol teams’ commitment.

Apart from the usual injectable soles, it also produces others with specific characteristics: TPR extra light soles (0,85 low density), TPR micro soles (0,65 low density), TPR dual density soles, TPU Tricolor soles, Rubber soles, Light Rubber and sustainable soles. The variety of products that composes the different collections and the development of projects, that were thought to suit the needs of the user, are the result of the commitment of the VAPESOL team. Vapesol is concerned with the sustainability of the planet and, through investments in new solutions, creates the VP SUSTAINABLE brand. VP SUSTAINABLE soles can be produced with different materials, each with innovative and sustainable features such as: Biodegradable (BioCir Flex by Balena), TPU Bio-Based, Recycled TPR, Recycled TPU and others.
Vapesol is the first Portuguese sole producer to obtain the GRS – Global Recycled Standard certification for TR, TPU and EVA soles (only in the world with this certificate on EVA soles). Certified products contain at least 5% pre-consumer recycled material and can reach up to 100% recycled content, which promotes life cycle extension and material circularity.
