Sanjo teams up again with WOLF & RITA

News
The more unlikely the partnerships are, the more interesting they tend to be, and Sanjo, which has just announced a partnership with Wolf & Rita, is a case in point. The latest collaboration between the two Portuguese brands pays homage to the Algarve’s fishing origins, its community and the resilience and courage of a people who fought for their freedom.
"Tales from the Land and Sea” is an invitation to all generations to (re)discover the power of community, belonging and identity. The Portuguese Sanjo and Wolf & Rita have teamed up again for the winter season to create pieces that warm the soul and the heart. The Portuguese footwear brand has created two K100 trainers with patterns that colour Wolf & Rita’s textile collection.
Jardim prints a profusion of flowers in various colours on a warm fabric. Abril evokes the Carnation Revolution in its warm shades of red, yellow and orange, without forgetting the origin of this story, the sea, in its shade of blue.
The collaboration is fun and full of life. A real incentive for the little Indians of Meia Praia to discover the world through free play, to build their boats out of forgotten wood, to fly their flag made of torn fabric and innocent drawings, and to march into the future with their group, their community.
"We have returned to the Wolf & Rita universe for another collaboration marked by personality, trust and history. A perfect union between two brands that are proud to be Portuguese. It’s a versatile approach with the irreverence of today’s street style, adapted for children. With a strong emotional and aesthetic appeal”, says Vítor Costa, Creative Director of the footwear brand.
