The adventure started in 1996, when António Borba decided to set up his own business and created an agency to work as an intermediate.
The agency quickly gained a business emphasis and the next step was the attendance in international fairs, a key element to broaden a clients portfolio and a privileged way to get to know the target audiences while exhibiting the collections.

Six years later, as a result of its reputation, the brand Coxx Borba was internationally registered and, throughout the years, has consolidated itself as a reference of fashion and lifestyle. The company is also committed to make a difference within its social responsibilities and supports several institutions and communities. One of the institutions is Casa da Criança (Child´s Home), in Guimarães, which provides temporary accommodation for children at risk, such as victims of abuse, negligence or abandonment.
