It is an unlikely partnership, however, but success and emotions come from ‘out of the box’ ideas. The footwear brand DiVERGE just announced a partnership with the creative hub Manicómio. The goal is to tell a story in each pair of shoes.
The artists were invited to use the DiVERGE footwear as a canvas to show their individual journey. Each artist will get 20% of the revenue of each sold pair of shoes.
Located in Lisbon, this creative hub is a place that promotes creativity, innovation and the cocreation between artists and other creatives. This project is the result of over 20 years of work "to give dignity and recognition to artists that are excluded from the art world because of their mental health issues”.
