News Tríbio. The newest sustainable brand
Sustainable and biodegradable are the main features of Tríbio, the new brand launched by RondonShoes, which is promising to take care of the Planet first. So, sustainability is the ground for the birth of this new insignia. "Tríbio does not use any metal, plastic or hazardous chemical products. The goal is to offer a pair of sneakers that, after a long lifespan, can – literally – be returned to the solo without causing further damage or pollution”, says the brand.

"I would say this idea started to be worked on in 2018. We wanted to create a brand that looked at the planet, the socio-economic field, sustainability and fashion in harmony with the concept envisioned”, explains Francisco Lusquinos.  The responsible for the brand adds that "Tríbio was created to be Planet-friendly, biodegradable – in the truest sense of the word – compostable. Following the strategy "Zero Waste, Keep the Planet Clean”, it uses components of organic origin, metal-free, without plastic, fossil derivatives or chemical substances hazardous for the Planet. Even the packing is biodegradable”. From 2018 until now, the brand studied the concept, researched and only moved forward upon reaching exactly the type of product they wished for.

The brand’s unique sole is produced in Apinat bio, which is a range of biodegradable thermoplastic bioplastic that enables the production of fully biodegradable hard and soft applications.

"Tríbio stands out for being truly biodegradable and compostable, every component is dully certified. Although many products claim to be ecological, in the end, they are harmful to the planet during the transformation process, which is often deceitful for the consumer”.

Even its name is an allusion to the Planet, joining the syllables "tri” and "bio”. On one hand, "tri” comes from the triangle symbol biodegradable and bio, which also means life, comes from the word "biodegradable”. "Tribío” also means tribe, which remind us of the connection of the Indigene with nature, how they treat her with love and respect, producing their moccasins from animal skin and tree bark”, says the responsible for the company.

"Our goal is to offer a minimalist fashion and brand product able to meet the demand of big groups, clients and stores that usually have many different products because the market demands so, but that, for the most part, are unable to meet all these ecological requirements”.

Tríbio is officially registered in China, the USA and Europe. The commercial expansion will be carried out by agents representing the brand since online sales will not take place.
